Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day right to cancel orders for non-perishable goods. Research peptides are perishable and temperature-sensitive; right of withdrawal may be limited once cold-chain packaging is broken.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel within 14 days of delivery. However, these products are supplied as sealed sterile goods, and under Regulation 28(3)(b) the right to cancel does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
Accordingly: unopened vials with the tamper seal intact may be returned within 14 days for a refund, with return postage at your cost. Opened or unsealed vials cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances, as sterility and cold-chain integrity cannot be verified once a vial leaves our custody. Items damaged in transit or shipped in error will be replaced or refunded in full — notify us within 48 hours at info@aurevynlabs.co.uk with photographs.
